What could be improved

Staffs attitude. I wonder why alot of the staff at Wexham are in a caring profession, afterall it isn't something you accidentally fall into. Almost all the staff over 4 seperate visits,over several years, in 2 different depts. were all unhelpful, rude, uncaring, unreliable and inept. These people have such an important role and could make such a big difference to so many when they are at their lowest. To be treated with dignity and respect would be invaluable in preventing depression, which does not seem to be a consideration atall at Wexham Park Hospital!

Anything else?

Would love to be able to say something positive about Wexham but i,ve yet to find something. Well,they will have a chance to redeem themselves, as I will be a patient again in March, I won't hold my breath. If by some miracle I do have a good experience I will be sure to write that here in a few months.
