What I liked
We would like to express our gratitude for the care that our baby boy received from the nurses of the Louisa Cary department at Torbay Hospital over the Christmas period.
Our baby was admitted into the Louisa Cary ward in the early hours of Monday 28th December with dehydration and a sickness bug.
The nursing care we received was second to none, especially from the nurse who became our main nurse. The nurse was thorough, efficient and best of all is a credit to your nursing staff. I must also thank the lovely night nurses who were also superb.
Even with the Tuesday being our baby boy's first birthday and him being so poorly, your team were fantastic and one lovely person even bought him his first ever birthday present from the nurses at Torbay.
I felt the need to write as you probably don’t receive as many thanks as you should – my husband and I thank you for getting our son back on the road to recovery, he is now doing well.
Thanks to all the nurses involved in his care.
"We would like to express our gratitude ..."
