"Great experience of Colonoscopy"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

Was treated with upmost respect and dignity at my outpatient colonoscopy. I felt everyone was lovely, I was talked through the procedure and afterwards everyone was incredibly lovely and I munched on my biscuits and tea happily before leaving.

Only complaint is the long wait for an appointment, and my initial appointment with a colorectal surgeon was cancelled for me to directly be referred for a colonoscopy, I would've preferred to talk through my options first.

My experience was great.

Dear ukStudent,

Thank you for taking the time to post about your experience.

Please accept my sincerest apologies that you were subject to a long wait for your appointment.

I am however very please that other than your long weight that you were pleased with the level of care that you received.

With kind regards
