First wait 8. 5mins I put phone down. Second wait 5. 5mins I put phone down.

I hate wasting my time.

Still have no appmt.

I understand this is first day of change of telephone number.

Systems should be proven prior to change.

Hi there

I am really sorry you weren't able to get through to our Single Point of Contact yesterday. As you pointed out it was the first day of the new Single Point of Contact telephone number and we had some teething problems to deal with. I am assured that the situation has now been resolved and hope that when you try again you don't have such problems.
