About: Solihull Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I found a lump in my breast, I was immediately referred to Solihull Hospital, where I was diagnosed with breast cancer, unusual as I am a man! The treatment that I have received, nursing, surgery and aftercare, has been wonderful, nothing has been too much trouble.

The breast care nurses in particular have been so caring and sympathetic, they have taken as much time as I needed to explain what was happening.
