"Understandable change, but a shame all the same"

(as a service user),

All my experiences at OASIS/AA have been positive except one, for which there is a complaint on file but it prevents all of my feedback being very good.

On the larger scale I am also concerned about services here i.e my GP and mental health team meshing together. Wait and see.

It was a shame that OASIS changed character two-ish years ago, although I understand the reasons why. Never the less, the staff are always wonderful – supportive when necessary, strict when required, loving and professional.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The service had to change due to re-commissioning. I am glad to hear that despite the changes you still have a very positive view of staff.

I cant comment on a previous complaint or your experience with your GP and mental health services as I do not have more information.
