I came to A & E on Tuesday 26th January after being diagnosed with 2 blood clots in my leg at Trafford general which I have history of, I was concerned about my breathing to which Trafford general wouldn't scan me this is why I came to wythenshawe hospital for a second opinion. I have had a PE in the past and was worried that I had another I was in A & E for 4 hours before I saw a doctor in which I was sent for a chest X-ray and would be admitted after the chest X-ray I was returned to A and E and waited a further 4 hours until I saw anyone and was admitted to CDU which I stayed overnight and had CT scan which out ruled a PE which I didn't get the results till 23.00 on Wednesday evening into which I was discharged and sent home in a taxi which I found unexcepatble at that time of night when I was still in pain with my leg due to clots.
