"Duty of care to patients"

About: Bassetlaw Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Left in A&E for 3 and a half hours untill someone saw me. After this, I was then pushed into a corridor for a further 1 and a half hours until I went to X-ray. I asked for a drink and was told it wasn't part of their job description, so went without. Totally disgusting.

Nurses and doctors standing around talking about what they were going to be doing that evening, while people were waiting.

If your stuck in a wheel chair with no way of walking, how can you get a drink? It's wrong if you treated an animal like that RSPCA would be called in. Fuming.
