"Excellent care in Endoscopy Unit"

This morning I had an appointment in the Endoscopy Unit and I have to say after all the negative news recently surrounding Watford Hospitals A&E department I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! From the efficiency & friendliness of the reception clerk right to the cup of tea & biscuit from the nurse before being discharged. The unit was clean & bright, the equipment all looked new! Nice privacy screens, no unnecessary waiting around and it all went like clockwork!
