I've been very impressed with the process from start to (almost) finish. The first consultation was on time, very thorough and friendly. I was put at ease immediately. Little touches like the consultant coming out to collect me from reception and making the day surgery appointment themselves were good. Reception staff friendly and knowledgeable. The surgery day itself went smoothly, from clocking in to the actual surgery (amazing). Everything was explained in a clear way and I also particularly enjoyed chatting during the operation with the theatre staff and surgeon. Glad I was given the opportunity to see the tumour which had been excised and that the surgeon knew what it was and that it was benign. Was also asked if I wanted to see inside my finger before it was stitched up, which I did! The allocated nurse was friendly and clear in information given. I am grateful to have been able to have private healthcare with a specialist hand surgeon and as an NHS patient, and for the special treatment and care that came with this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Circle Bath to friends and family.
