About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

well my nan had an appointment and the doctor was very rude after my nan having 2 heart attacks they said it was muscle spasms and that she needs to loose weight she doesn't need the doctor to tell her to just look in the mirror which I find very disgusting how they just came out with it I know they are a doctor but the cheek they then said because of her smoking they said being stressed isn't an excuse and because of her age they are shocked she's still living I wouldn't recommend going to see a doctor here I don't know about the other services but we will be putting a further complaint in about this as I am not happy with the way my nan was treated
