About: University College Hospital

First of all, I find all the doctors are very nice and professional.

In terms of midwives. Some are extremely nice and professional and others are not!

I would especially say thank you to the greatest midwife I have ever met. ( I know you are not allowed to name a person when leaving a review. But I wish the message could be passed on to them) They put me at ease and gave me great confidence. The care they gave me was just amazing.

I felt safe, happy and confident when they were looking after me. There are a couple of other midwives were also very nice.

Unfortunately, not all midwives are as nice and professional as them.

I wish the service quality provided by the midwives in the hospital could be more consistent.
