I can confirm that following an initial diagnosis and referral by my GP on 5th August 2015 I was admitted for surgery after various tests and screening on 29th October 2015. I was discharged from hospital on 30th October 2015. I am very pleased with the outcome. I am most grateful to the ENT team for their excellent surgery and after care in a period where finances and resources within the NHS are stretched. I have attended a post-op appointment with the ENT dept on 22nd December 2015. I must praise your service for the excellent and professional care I received within a reasonable timescale. I enjoyed a comfortable and healthier Christmas with my family including my first, one and only and favourite, six months old, grand-daughter who was born at the Queens in June 2015.
