"ENT appointments"

Took 6 months for a first appointment for ear problems.

I was dealt with professionally at the out patient clinic.

Referred for an MRI scan which in fairness I did not have to wait too long for, MRI scan took place on 2nd November.

Not received a follow up appointment for results of scan, rang out patient appointments this week and given an appointment for April 2016, this is 5 months after scan took place. By the time I am seen again in out patients the process will have taken almost 12 months.

Not acceptable.
