I had a fall and sprained my ankle over the Christmas break and visited the Walk-in Centre at Rugby St Cross Hospital. They gave me a referral to outpatients at the same hospital. I now saw a clinician at the appointed time and got referrals for physiotherapy and orthopaedics (both to help me walk properly so I don't keep falling over). I was out within 10 minutes and on my way to work. Excellent service.
But the car parks at St Cross are very confusing, in my opinion. I love the sign that signposts from car park A to D but doesn't tell you which car park is for what service. As far as I can tell it's only helpful if you visit the hospital often, in which case you probably don't need a sign anyway.
"Excellent service at St. Cross, but confusing car park signs"
