Very polite and easy to chat reception. Was waiting only a minute or two. Given i had a minor injury and only needed diagnosis and antibiotics. Very pleased it was fast and pain free. They are so so busy in all the uk hospitals so people juat need to be patient and respectful of hard working staff at hospitals.
