"Appalling"

My mother was admitted to this hospital in January, she has had problems with her heart and kidneys, her heart is now recovering however she has had pains in her stomach which she cannot take anymore, doctors have barely done anything about it! I didn't have high hopes after a&e was closed and it looks like I was right, they don't care much about their patients and are being slow, especially in my mums health they don't seem like they are taking it seriously. The doctors haven't even tried to communicate with us to let us know what they are doing, & whenever we ask the nurses they have no idea what's going on either.
