I recently had a procedure to correct a hernia at BWH. I cannot believe I could have received better treatment anywhere. All the appointments were on time and on the day of the operation everything went according to plan. The doctors nurses and admin. staff were all charming but very professional. They even had custard cream biscuits available with the cup of tea afterwards.
