"Missed appointments!"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

Not impressed with the service here! I've been waiting for an appointment to be scheduled since November. My appointments are every 11 weeks. Upon phoning and having not received a letter, it was clear that my appointment had not been booked. This has happened before and the last time it resulted in a year long delay in treatment. The next appointment available was April. Considering it is due in February, I told the receptionist this wasn't acceptable. In all fairness they were very helpful and did get me an appointment for the date my treatment is due. I would've been quite happy to say 'sod it' but I'd be cutting my nose off to spite my face! If it happens again then I will be putting a complaint in!
