"Endoscopy unit"

I attended the endoscopy unit 19th Jan 2016. From the start I was greeted by a friendly receptionist followed by kind,understanding nursing staff. I was anxious about having both an endoscopy and colonoscopy but all the nursing staff were very attentive and reassuring. The procedures were carried by a wonderful team and from what I remember pain free, I was very impressed. The aftercare team looked after me and allowed me to get ready in my own time. They made me a much needed cup of tea and biscuit. The nurse went through all the notes made from the procedure and explained any findings. I would like to thank the entire team on the endoscopy unit and yet again the NHS has served me well thank you.
