"The Surgeon and the Nursing Staff ..."

What I liked

The Surgeon and the Nursing Staff who work at the hospital were fantastic, The following day after my operation a Saturday I had Agency Staff who were awful and really let down the great care I had received the previous day.

What could be improved

Try to get hospital staff to work bank shifts and not employ agency staff. Give an incentive or some type of a reward system to staff who are willing to work extra shifts.

Anything else?

I would just like to say I would recommend the consultant to all my friends and family if they ever needed a Surgeon.
