"Arrived at A&E after being involved in a car..."

I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to both the A&E staff and the ambulance crews who were all so kind, caring and understanding.

My husband, daughter, dog and me were involved in a car accident on Christmas Day - although we were all very lucky to walk away from this accident, all the emergency services and the A&E staff were professional, caring and kind, which is just what you need in such a situation.

The time spent at A&E was quick and thorough,with myself having a chest x ray, which was no drama - all turned out well for us and we would like to thank everyone on duty during Christmas Day.

Both nurses and the Doctor who treat me were respectful, professional and gave some good advice.
