"I could not have had better treatment anywhere"

I came in as a day patient for an operation. The hospital was very clean and all the staff I met were brilliant. From entering the Pre Op Care Unit to leaving the Surgical Discharge Unit everyone made my visit as pleasant as possible. They also kept my daughter and son-in-law advised of what was happening whilst they were waiting. I could not have had better treatment at any other hospital - either NHS or private. I will be returning for another planned operation with the Vascular team and know that I will be exceedingly well looked after.
