Food wasn't terrific.

Old building unsuitable for intended purpose.

Lots of unkempt areas. Most places smoked in.

Uncomfortable areas.

Treatment against personal beliefs. Too much medication. Painful.

Not much to do.

Violent patients.

Now housed in brand new building with private rooms. Most these things likely much less a worry. Am sure food still same.

Likely down to funds, existing planned phasing out cycles, lack of proactivity & imagination of existing surrounds.
