well today just recieved my 4th cancelation of my operation that was schedulled for tomorrow-19.01.16.... iv been waiting for my op since 21.01.15 ... it is so appaulling....its ok for pembury to say we have an influx in A and E and have no bed but never mind the pain and complication iv been having since last year january...never in my life has this happened to me....i have lost all faith in pembury and will be making a high complaint aswell as media...
over all very poor...im not even counting my chicken on the next appointment they will book for me which will be the 5TH op time to im sure to cancel again....
complaints procedure will be taken forward
