What I liked

All the Staff on wards F9 & F10 (MAU) were exceptional. Couldnt have been put in better hands. No matter what time (day or night) it was, they always had time to sort out any query or problem you might have had quickly and professionally. The Wards were always clean and tidy.

What could be improved

Nothing on these Wards. The only criticism I had was regarding Scans. There doesnt seem to be enough staff on to be able to carry out this service over the weekends.

I am sorry you feel there was an issue with staffing in Radiology at the weekend, I will ensure your comments are passed on.
