"Staff are rude due to shortages no care or..."

About: Manor Hospital

I will be making a formal complaint to manor hospital but have No hope this will improve things.

Staff are not professional are rude and abrupt.

They are understaffed and the staff that are there are absolutely terrible par one or two.

The kitchen staff are worse. They have no right to interfere in care matters or speak to family rudely the yes this has happened. Heard the bad reports about manor now I
