"Efficient and professional"

Came for MRI on a Saturday I was attended to way before my scheduled appointment and the staff were caring and effective- I was home before the real start of my appointment- I also had excellent experience in ENT clinic on news years eve - although the receptionist was very surly and unhelpful drinking coffee and ignoring us - the consultant was ready to see me and the receptionist had not even booked me in as they said I was early - the consultant said I was on time and the receptionist needed to get my notes and get into see the consultant!
