"Brilliant"

My mother received treatment as a day patient in late December 2015 and I accompanied her. She has had very little experience of hospitals and was apprehensive. At every stage, from checking in at reception onwards, she was treated with patience, courtesy and respect. All staff were friendly and professional and totally focused on her comfort and wellbeing. The environment was bright, clean and modern. She felt so positive about the whole experience that she asked me to pass on her compliments and make others aware of what a great facility the treatment unit is.
