"I visited Physiotherapy Department"

About: Southend Hospital

I visited Physiotherapy Department at 9.15 on 15th January and was very disappointed with how I was treated by Physio.

All I was recommended was to do more exercises which I had already performed at home for 9 days and found them uncomfortable and painful.

Was no more the wiser of how I should continue my treatment and was refused a further X-ray on my back.

Came away quite upset and annoyed.
