My daughter had major spinal surgery - the care she received from the whole team was excellent

staff introduced themselves by name were caring helpful and respectful

they answered all our questions fully

the clinical care was of a very high standard and well organised - the team was clearly well lead with everyone having a clear understanding of their role and responsibility

everyone involved including admin, medical, nursing, support and therapy staff were very professional

there was one incident in a week long stay when a member of night staff said they were 'too busy' to help when we needed some assistance with personal hygiene - this was isolated and they did return later (by which time we had sorted out the problem as it needed immediate attention) other than that staff were always very positive and willing to help.
