"Kind, friendly staff, caring atmosphere"

I was on the ward over the summer. At times I think the staff were busy with lots to do but they still took the time to stop, talk and check on your welfare.

When I was struggling they stopped me and sat and spoke to me about how I felt and suggested options that may help. When it came to medication, they suggested some that may help although never forced me to take it.

I was grateful for the help, patience and support I recieved. I do hope that I have recovered now and won't be back on the ward but I think the quality of care I recieved was superb.
