"Friendly and slick"

Jan 2016 ,first appointment.the hospital is well set out for outpatients a standard for all other hospitals to strive for. Consultant was responsive professional personable and most importantly they listened to me.X Ray very efficient, blood clinic busy but slick and friendly, pharmacy busy and efficient. Clinic staff very approachable and helpful. Not an experience I was looking forward too, however with all that input I believe they managed my needs fantastically.
