Never again I would visit this department! Why do they even give out appointments if you are waiting for more than an hour? The same procedure I needed in Austria - where it took 30 minutes - took them almost two hours!

During this time, I felt less than taken care of and had the impression that my doctor was not too well qualifjed for his profession. Also, my cast has been put on in a highly unprofessional manner: it is way too loose and edges are standing out, which have caused my skin to be sore around these areas.
