"A visit to the Radiology department"

About: Cromer Hospital

A very satisfying experience as a walk-in facility. Pleasant car park surroundings and a welcoming interior. Staff very helpful and dealt with me quickly and efficiently. The only query - why does the parking charge leap from half hour to three hours? My treatment was so efficient that I was out in 35 mins and yet had to pay for 3 hour charge; why not an hour charge to match what must be a regular experience for many of your visitors?

Otherwise a 5 star service.

Dear Townsin

Thank you for your feedback which has been shared with the matron for Cromer Hospital.

The £2 car parking charge (for three hours) mirrors the charges at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as they are both part of the same NHS Trust. We can understand you frustration that you incurred the full charge after only 35 minutes but most of our outpatient appointments take between 1-2 hours.

Kind regards

Janice Bradfield
