had surgery regarding my ear about 3 years ago . I can.t speak for other people but the care was 1st class. all staff were great and understanding and helpful and I still come to the elective care for treatment every 3 months and they do a wonderful job . i have had a few delays waiting to see the doctot but you have to remember its a delay for the doctor and nurses too and all concerned as at the end of the day they are there to help you and for me i can/t thank them enough .
