"Excellent service in A&E for my mum"

I took my mum to the A&E department at Royal Albert Edward Infirmary at the end of December. She had dislocated her shoulder after a fall. The staff and the doctor who treat my mum was excellent. They responed as soon as my mother told them she was still in pain without question they gave my mum thier full attention even though they where extremaly busy due to the weather.

I myself work for the NHS and deal with a lot of compliants and would always go into a hospital looking for things to be wrong. On this occasion, I could not fault the staff and doctor that look after my mum and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all the care and respect they showed mum, me and my sister that morning.
