Appointments never on time.up to a 2 hour wait after your appointed time.this simply isn't good enough.bear in mind if you're over ten mins late they will refuse to see you.

Sorry if you had a delay with your treatment at all at clinic. We try to minimise delays where possible, but particularly in surgery, things can overrun if consultants or staff are delayed in theatre or use to other circumstances. Please accept our apology for any wait that you had.
