"Fantastic experience"

About: Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I visited the out patients today for an appointment with dermatology. For the first time ever in any NHS facility, I was seen on time. The receptionist was very pleasant and even booked me a taxi home. I met three doctors who were very professional and put me at my ease. They explained things clearly and took action with a very reassuring manner. I have had many NHS experiences and this was far better than others I have experienced.

A great team!
