Second appointment at this hospital with my wife.

What a shock after many appointments at Medway!

Staff were friendly and polite. Helpful and genuinely interested in helping.

Although busy both times, our appointments were on time and staff were ready for us.

We moved from one department to another and staff were waiting for us with a smile and all necessary paperwork.

Truly, very good treatment.

Well done and thank you.
