"Minor operation dermatology department"

I saw a consultant in the dermatology department in December 2015. Whilst I had a long wait of approx 3/4 of an hour, the time spent in consultation was friendly, swift and helpful. I received minor surgery on my arm on 11 January undertaken by a Nurse specialist assisted by a nursing colleague.

I was also re-examined by the same consultant to ensure surgery was still necessary and the procedure was completed professionally and efficiently by the nurses.

Whilst I have been dissatisfied with my previous treatment in A & E, EMU and once in the Eye Clinic - I have nothing but praise for the staff and the treatment I have received in the Dermatology Department.. I feel confident I have received the best treatment possible undertaken by excellent professional and friendly staff at all levels.

Unfortunately, I do not have the names of the staff involved but I am sure these would be available from my notes if the hospital would wish to congratulate them as individuals. However, I congratulate the whole team and give them my thanks.
