"EXTREMLEY DISAPPOINTED! AVOID AT ALL COST."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

The midwives on the st.marys labour ward completely dismissed me whilst I was staying there alone. It was only me and my baby in the cubicle and I couldn't move as I suffer with severe spd. I could even move properly to ring the bell and when I did a midwife came opened the curtain looked at me and said 'why are you ringing. Turn it off behind you' and shut the curtain. I was offered no help no advice as a young first time mum by myself it was really hurtful. I begged to be discharged and once they agreed they purposely took long to do my paper work. Seeing everyone first leaving me until near midnight to try to tan my baby home. I'm traumatised by my experience and the thought of having to go back there for some tests makes me cry. What should of been a beautiful was ruined. Don't go here.
