"We attended A&E as my husband and a broken..."

About: Dorset County Hospital

My husband and I visited A&E early evening on the 26th January 2016 and the staff were welcoming and very friendly, the Nurse Practitioner and Trainee Paramedic that attend my husband were fantastic, thorough, understanding and patient.

They took their time and explained everything in detail and the options.

X-ray was prompt also.

This was a refreshing change from past experiences at other hospitals.

Well done.

Dear Mrs Jones

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your husband’s visit to our A&E Department.

I am delighted to read how our staff have demonstrated our Trust values of integrity and respect in their care for you.

It is very important that patients are given time to ask and have their questions answered, so that they can make informed choices and I am pleased to read that that this was your experience.

I hope your husband recovered well.

Best wishes

Sarah Silverton, Patient & Public Experience Lead, Dorset County Hospital
