After much planning to get my disabled mother to your walk in eye clinic, we find out that it was closed before the times displayed on the website, this has caused her to be very upset, and now she has to go through all the upheaval again

Without knowing which day you attended the walk in eye clinic, I cannot check why the clinic was closed.

I am the managing director for ophthalmology services elizabethraidan@nhs.net and would welcome further information from you to allow me to investigate why the clinic was closed.
