"disabled parking"

About: Heartlands Hospital

The website is poor with very little information regarding blue badge parking, the location and what to do if all allocated spaces are full. This makes forward planning very difficult but given the reputation this hospital already has one should not be surprised I suppose. Our last trip was a fiasco with the car park barriers inoperative, one stuck down and unacceptable delays in the fracture clinic. I really hope this is my last trip here and I will insist in future at my GP's surgery that I am sent elsewhere for treatment.

Dear Joy, Thank you for your feedback. I understand how frustrating it is when attending hospital and you are unable to find a space and we do have very limited disabled parking spaces and I am sorry that you experienced this on your attendance. I will make sure that your feedback is forwarded onto the parking office.

Kind regards

Margaret Mitchell
