I had a water birth in the MLU and it was a fantastic experience. The care I received was excellent and as a first time parent I felt totally safe, secure and informed. Due to unforseen circumstances after the birth I needed emergency care and so was looked after on the maternity ward. I can not thank the staff enough for looking after me and helping me.
