"Very Rude"

I have never written a review but after this experience, I felt compelled to. Visited ENT/ORAL with my one year old, we booked in and were told where to wait. A member of staff came out and asked us which department we were waiting for and we replied ENT which it stated on the letter. They then proceeded to return to me 5 minutes later in front of my son and said in the most disgustingly rude and abrupt manner asking us why we told them we were waiting for ENT and not ENT/ORAL?? The way they approached me was so disgusting, they gave me the dirtiest looks whilst talking to me, I am appalled by such shocking behaviour. I do not know if this was a nurse assisting the consultant who I have to say was amazing, because they were slumped in the corner with arms crossed for the whole appointment. Shocking! People like this should not be employed, manners and a way of talking to people should be taught to these kinds of people. I hope this person is pulled up on their behaviour!
