About: Solihull Hospital

I was admitted to the above dept. By emergency ambulance, and my first praise must be for them. They were efficient, caring and courteos at all times. On arrival my treatment followed a smooth path with the staff keeping me informed at all times.I had all the required tests, and the staff at all times were faultless.

It is difficult to pick any one member, but the senior doctor was excellent

My sincere thanks for your attention to my problem.

Dear Barry Gibb

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent experience in the Acute Medical Unit (AMU) at Solihull Hospital. I am so pleased to read that from the Ambulance Crew who brought you to the department, and all of the staff involved in your care were efficient, caring and courteous throughout your time in the department, and that you felt the senior doctor in particular was excellent.

I do hope you are now recovering well and I will ensure that your kind comments are highlighted to Senior Sister Nikki Maxsted who is Unit Manager for AMU, and who will be delighted to highlight your comments to all of the team. I hope this is acceptable.

Once again thank you for taking the time to share your views, patient feedback is extremely important to us.

Best wishes

Marie Helebert
