"Blood Test"

About: Gravesham Community Hospital

I went to Gravesend Hospital on Friday 22nd January 2016

The member of staff put me totally at ease (once I informed them that I am needle phobic and faint every time I have a blood test). They spoke to me the whole time and reassured me, and was just wonderful. The member of staff was so efficient and calmed me right down. Needless to say I did not faint! First time ever!

I am very grateful and I know it might seem like it is “not and Big deal” to some, but it meant the world to me.
