"Highest praise possible for all staff in the..."

About: The Royal London Hospital

My brother was admitted to the Trauma Unit on Friday Jan 22 2016 following a severe head injury. Unfortunately he later died due to severe injury to the brain. However, all family members who attended were so impressed by the quality of care, respect and empathy offered to relatives. We could see the high quality of attention being paid to my brother was excellent, but we were overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the staff on duty that day - particularly two of the nurses, who explained all the things that were going on.

The staff from SNODs were also working in a manner above and beyond the call of duty.

Many thanks to you all.

We are very sorry to read about your brother and send our deepest condolences to you and your family at this difficult time.

Thank you for taking time to write such a lovely review about our Trauma Team and about the care and thoughtfulness they gave to your brother and your family. The team will be happy to read your kind words. We have passed this, along with your thanks over to them.

Best wishes
