My brother was admitted to the Trauma Unit on Friday Jan 22 2016 following a severe head injury. Unfortunately he later died due to severe injury to the brain. However, all family members who attended were so impressed by the quality of care, respect and empathy offered to relatives. We could see the high quality of attention being paid to my brother was excellent, but we were overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness of the staff on duty that day - particularly two of the nurses, who explained all the things that were going on.
The staff from SNODs were also working in a manner above and beyond the call of duty.
